This newsletter is never sent to anyone who doesn't want to receive it. If you want to remove your name from the list see the instructions at the very end of this email.

Hi

This month's newsletter is a little late in the month simply due to the fact that I've been incredibly busy working on various projects, so if you've been waiting for it to appear in your inbox I'd like to apologise for making you wait.

Quantum of Solace DVD

Probably you've managed to get you hands on Quantum of Solace already and maybe watched it once or twice (or more... I know what Bond fans are like!). So far I've only watched it once - my impression was that the action scenes are better on the small screen as they don't jump around too much, but the pace is too fast and at the end I felt emotionally flat - it still disappoints and could have been so much better, but perhaps it's one of those films that grows on you.

I still love Daniel Craig as James Bond, there are some great moments and I also love the music, but there is definitely something missing - and it has nothing to do with the lack of "Bond, James Bond" or "shaken, not stirred".

I also agree that they should have put the gunbarrel at the beginning of the film, because that iconic image combined with the music is really programmed into us to produce an adreneline rush that gets any Bond film off to a great start.

James Bond Lifestyle

If you've been a member for more than a few months you may remember my review of Paul Kyriazi's "How To Live The James Bond Lifestyle" audio book.

Well, Paul contacted me the other day to let me know "How To Live The James Bond Lifestyle" is now available to download in MP3 format from LoDingo for $25. I thoroughly recommend it and for that price it is unbeatable, but you currently receive a $10 credit just for signing up to Lodingo so will end up paying just $15 for "How To Live The James Bond Lifestyle".

By the way, you can follow Paul on twitter at http://twitter.com/bondlife

Last month I said I was working on some downloads for you - unfortunately I'm still working on those, but hope to start getting those to you next month - which as it's panning out at the moment will be equally busy.

That's all for now, but if you'd like to get in contact you know where to find me - m@thejamesbonddossier.com.

Speak soon!
