Thanks to everyone who has downloaded "James Bond: Byte Sized" from Amazon so far, I've now had 811 downloads and it's received a number of fantastic reviews: 7 now on Amazon.com and another on Amazon.co.uk, a total of 8 reviews, all but one of which are 5-star and the remaining one 4-star. Many thanks!

I know that some people have been having problems downloading it and having gone through the "buying" process - it's free until Monday night at midnight Pacific Time, which is where Amazon is based - I think I can help out. The problem is for people who don't have a Kindle or another device with a Kindle app (although the new Kindle Fire HD looks pretty smart - you can buy them in the UK and US).

For example, if you are on a Windows PC, then download Kindle for PC here and download and install the software. 

Then login using your Amazon account details or set up a new account. If you need to set up an account you can do so at Amazon.co.uk if you live in the UK,  Amazon.com for anyone in the USA, or otherwise find your regional Amazon store.

To get "James Bond: Byte Sized" you then need to go to you regional Amazon store and click the orange button that says "Buy now with 1-Click"

Anyone in the UK can get your copy of "James Bond: Byte Sized" here , if you're in the US you can download it here, otherwise go to your regional Amazon store and search for  "James Bond: Byte Sized".

OK, I think that's it. I hope that if you have had difficulty so far with getting your copy for free you'll now be able to get a copy while it's in the free period. Contractually I can't extend the free period for 90 days, so once it is a paid product there is nothing I can do to help - sorry!
