3rd January 2013 Hi I hope you have enjoyed the Christmas and New Year break and are raring to go in 2013!This last year has been a busy one in terms of James Bond, with both the 50th anniversary of "Dr No" and the release of "Skyfall", but here at The James Bond Dossier we'll continue keeping you up to date with news and views on the World of James Bond. On most article published on the website you can leave a comment, so if you have something to say that's YOUR chance to say it. And we're also active on Twitter and Facebook so you can keep up to date with things using social media channels if you prefer. Skyfall is well on its way to break through the $900 million barrier worldwide after another reaching $245.6 million in the US (up from $223 million in our previous report) and $623 million in all other territories (previously $571 million) to put it on $868.6 million worldwide (up from $794.3 million). Skyfall has finally overtaken Avatar’s box office take in the UK to become the highest grossing film of all time, according to Flickering Myth. You Only Live Twice proof doubles auction estimates:
A proof copy of You Only Live Twice, first published in 1964, was auctioned earlier this month for £43,250, double the estimate.
