James Bond News - May 2015
Published: Wed, 05/06/15
This month, as usual, I bring you the latest 007 news, including details from the set of 'SPECTRE'. There are a number of other articles too, including the Ultimate Guide to the James Bond Movies, which weighs in at nearly 6,000 words!
It would be outstanding if you could share that article on Facebook, especially if you belong to one of the many 007 related pages and groups (and if you run a website or blog a link would be fantastic!).
If there is anything unclear in that article then let me know so I can put it right and it will likely evolve slightly over time, including the ability to download it in PDF format. That should be coming in the next week or so.
As always I welcome your comments and aim to reply to everyone.

Whether or not you agree with the sentiment, this video by two Bond fans, which includes footage from every James Bond film from Eon Productions into which they have edited shots of them holding a sign demanding “It’s got to be Bassey”, is very well done. There is a beautiful moment during The Living Daylights (1987). Georgie Koskov delivers a certain diatribe about his senior’s admiration for a more autonomical style of rule, much to M’s chagrin. Following such a melodramatic performance, Timothy Dalton swiftly blows a ring from his cigarette. The symbolism is obvious; James Bond can see Koskov is […]

While a number of revelations were made about Sony Pictures, films projects, talent and studio executives following the Sony hack last year, Wikileaks’ decision to host the hacked emails means the media is once again able to go through the metaphorical trash digging for dirt. Yesterday the Mirror published an story, which has been widely repeated, that […]

Last night saw Sony Pictures preview an entire scene from SPECTRE from early in the movie. Without revealing any spoilers, part of the same scene is seen in the teaser trailer, but this larger sequence gives away much more, to the extent that those present were asked not to give away details of one of the […]
