James Bond News: November 2016

A year ago this month SPECTRE was showing on the big screen. The opening scene started with the caption "The Dead Are Alive", which is rather apt for this month's newsletter.
Although not celebrated with a parade, like in SPECTRE (until this year at least), Mexico's Day of the Dead festivities take place annually on 1st November.
This month also marks ten years since the release of Casino Royale. Not only did it introduce a new James Bond, but a new style of Bond film. Keep an eye on the site for an article about this coming in a few days.
If you're like me you probably can't wait to find out what's next. We still don't know if Daniel Craig will be back for Bond 25 or not, but at least during October he confirmed that he hasn't decided yet either way. You can read about that interview below and there is some video footage of the event, which took place in New York.
We did get some positive news about the James Bond books though, when it was confirmed that Anthony Horowitz will again turn to some original Ian Fleming material to include in his follow up to Trigger Mortis.
The book isn't due until Spring 2018 though, so there is quite some time to wait.
