The James Bond Dossier: turn on images for best user experience

Hi

I hope you're doing well as we go into April. And the first thing to tell you is there is a report that Barbara Broccoli has "almost" persuaded Daniel Craig to return for Bond 25. A word of warning - it is in no way confirmed. But on the other hand it could well be true. Read the report here.

Another more solid article from Baz Bamigboye reports that Purvis and Wade are back to pen Bond 25. Although it is far from official, Bamigboye does gave a history of providing good intel on the Bond films. Although the fan consensus is that the writing duo are hacks, I'd say they are a big positive. They know Ian Fleming's writing far better than most and some of the criticisms levelled at them - "Die Another Day"'s invisible car for instance - weren't actually their fault.

That's all on Bond 25 for now, but it's more than we've had for a while, even if it does turn out to be wild rumour.

More concretely, the latest edition of MI6 Confidential magazine is now available.
The magazine covers all aspects of 007 and is in full colour, a must have for any serious fan of James Bond.

I'm sure I don't need to remind you of the special offer pricing get the complete 2017 season of five issues and pay for just four plus delivery. Now that's a steal!

This latest focuses on "Thunderball", one of my favourite Bond films. I didn't contribute to this issue, but I'm currently working on an article for the next one.

Watch this space ;)
